The Tenacity and Elongation Tester is ideal for testing the tensile strength of chemically made fibers such as wool, silk, cotton, glass fiber and metallic threads. It can check the elongation of these fibers and show the results on an LCD Panel. The device has a computer operating software that can display real-time testing results and settings. It is incorporated with a 16-bit MCU (Mitsubishi, Japan) along with Japan made motor and ball-screw for a higher accuracy and quicker response. The two sets of grips provided in the tester makes it easy to load and unload the specimen.
