The Perspiration Tester Perspirometer are basically used in the textile industries for testing the fading or dyeing movement in textile. These machines can be used to perform the test on the textile that are soaked by sweat, chloride water, seawater or distilled water.
These testers uses compound specimen to soak in artificial perspiration resolution such as in acid & alkali. After that they are kept for natural drying for 30 minutes. After the drying these tester are apply constant pressure & then put in high temperature to dry the fabric again. After the specimen is removed, it is compared with a gray scale so as to evaluate the perspiration resistance level.
Ideal for the test of fading or dyeing-movement in textile, Perspiration Tester is a perfect option when you do perspiration test. The offered range consists of a precise and 2 stainless steel frames with 22 acrylic separator plates to hold 20 samples, Lab incubator, 20 plastic basins are equipped for pre-treatment of samples. Sturdy design, excellent finish, accurate test results and easy usage are qualities offered Perspiration Tester.

FAQ's of Perspiration Tester - Perspirometer:
Q: How is the Perspiration Tester (Perspirometer) used in industrial applications?
A: The Perspiration Tester is used in textile and material industries to evaluate the colorfastness and resistance of fabrics against simulated sweat. Simply place samples with test solutions in the device, apply the specified pressure, and allow the process to simulate real-world perspiration exposure.
Q: What materials can be tested with this Perspirometer?
A: The Perspirometer is ideal for testing a variety of textiles and fabrics, including cotton, polyester, blends, and other materials typically used in garments, upholstery, and industrial textiles.
Q: When should a Perspiration Tester be utilized during the production process?
A: Manufacturers should use the Perspiration Tester during quality control phases or after dyeing and finishing processes to ensure that textile products meet required colorfastness standards before shipment or further processing.
Q: Where can this Perspiration Tester be installed in an industrial setting?
A: Due to its compact size (210x100x160 mm) and reasonable weight (12 kg), the Perspirometer can be easily set up in laboratory testing areas, textile mills, or quality control departments without requiring special infrastructure.
Q: What is the process for operating the Manual Perspiration Tester?
A: Operation involves preparing textile samples, saturating them with a test solution, placing them in the tester between plates, and applying manual pressure to mimic sweating conditions. Results determine the material's colorfastness and durability.
Q: What are the main benefits of using a stainless steel (SS) Perspirometer?
A: A stainless steel Perspirometer offers excellent resistance to corrosion, enhanced durability, and supports consistent, repeatable testing-crucial for achieving reliable quality assurance and product integrity in industrial environments.
