We are offering Button Impact Tester, which is used to determine and test the impact resistance of a plastic sew with the help of flange buttons to falling mass, when released from a height. A button is placed on the surface centered below a tube on which a mass falls from a specified height. After the falling of the mass, the button is removed and is examined visually with the help of magnifying glass to check its cracking, breakage or chipping. It is widely used in various textile industries for ensuring the quality of buttons used in various apparels. Our Button Impact Tester is designed with various heights to provide flexibility in checking impact resistance to the force applied on button.
