The MFT1000M+ Manual Wire Crimp Pull Force Tester is used for tension and compression testing across a wide range of applications: wire crimp testing, push-pull, peeling, breaking strength, adhesion testing, peel off, compression, and tensile testing of fabric, plastic, wire, crimp, yarn, strips, and many more materials.
The MFT1000M+ has a maximum force capacity of 1000N (equivalent to 100 kg) with an accuracy of 0.5% F.S (Full Scale). This makes it suitable for precise pull and compression force measurements across a wide variety of industrial and laboratory applications.
The MFT1000M+ digital force gauge displays force readings in three selectable units: N (Newtons), Kgf (kilogram-force), and Lbf (pound-force). The digital readout captures and holds the maximum/peak pull strength and breaking force for easy recording.
The standard traveling length of the MFT1000M+ is 200mm. An extended 400mm traveling length is available as an optional configuration for applications requiring a longer stroke, such as peel testing of longer specimens or multi-point crimp testing along wire lengths.
The MFT1000M+ uses simple hand-pressure operation for controlled manual tension and compression testing. Its compact design and straightforward construction make it convenient for routine benchtop testing without a motorized drive.
Yes. The MFT1000M+ is designed to be compatible with various kinds of fixtures and grips, making it highly versatile for different test types and specimen geometries. Whether testing wire crimp terminals, peel strips, fabric samples, or plastic components, appropriate fixtures can be mounted to suit the specific application.
The MFT1000M+ measures 450 × 400 × 650 mm (L × W × H) and weighs 16 kg, making it a compact benchtop unit. It operates on a 220V or 110V, 50/60Hz power supply.
The MFT1000M+ supports wire crimp, push-pull, peeling, breaking-strength, adhesion, peel-off, compression and tensile tests. With suitable fixtures, it can test fabric, plastic, wire, crimp terminals, yarn, strips and other compatible specimens.
